4. Gudauri Ski Resort

This resort in Georgia offers skiing, snowboarding, and sledding. It’s a great place for beginners and amateurs as most of the trails were designed as such. 

Expert guides are available to take tourists by helicopter to the mountains and glaciers for the more difficult professional tracks. 

5. The Arlberg

Austria’s largest ski resort includes 88 lifts and 210 miles of trails and is surrounded by seven unparalleled villages. Tourists flock here for the vibe.

6. Courchevel

Are you a more serious skier? This is the place for you. There are 600 kilometers of interconnected ski trails over ten 2500+ meters summits.

7. Vail Mountain Resort

Colorado is well known for its ski resorts and this is their biggest.  

There are more than 5,200 acres of skiing with 31 separate lifts. With an average of 350 inches of snow annually, you can expect prime conditions. 

8. Mestia

With winter lasting eight months, this is a perfect place to choose for a skiing trip. Mestia has some of the snowiest mountains in Georgia so there’s no worry about adequate snow cover.
