Do you fit into the educational atmosphere? This job may be your future career. 

Academic administrators are in charge of school duties such as scheduling, budgeting and training. Tasks vary, but may also include aiding executive staff members and supervising academic affairs. 

They make over $60,000 a year.

2. Medical Coding

Anyone interested in the medical field should consider a position in medical billing and coding. 

Medical coding managers supervise coding departments and oversee data security and entry. This is a fantastic career for research lovers.

Most managers have an annual salary of around $66,000. 

3. Senior Executive Assistant

Executive assistants provide daily tasks to help management, including answering telephones, managing schedules and compiling and organizing data. 

Senior executive assistants supervise these individuals and provide administrative duties for the highest ranking officials in management. With experience, it’s one of the greatest paying admin jobs on the market.  

The pay is over $60,000 a year. 

4. Real Estate

Individuals with a passion for properties may be interested in becoming a real estate administrator. 

Real estate administrators maintain all the documentation concerning purchasing a house as well as consumer information. They also request maintenance, track current projects and monitor company budgets. 

These administrators cash in about $40,000 yearly, although salaries vary. 

5. HR Coordinators

For those who love helping others and have superior communication skills, a position in human resources could be the right fit. 

HR coordinators are responsible for payroll and managing issues concerning employees and negotiation. 

On average, median earnings are about $40,000.

6. Financial Administrator

If crunching numbers is your thing, think about a career in finances. 

Financial administrators keep track of a company’s budget and maintain accounts. They may also provide advice for expenditures. 

These positions clock in at about $50,000 a year.

7. Legal Secretary

Are you justice-oriented with an eye for details? 

Since they are in charge of preparing and filing forms and documents, legal secretaries must have extreme organizational skills. Their main task is to support the legal staff by overseeing scheduling, record keeping and accurately inputting information into databases. 

Keep in mind a paralegal secretary is a great (and similar) position, too.

Legal secretaries enjoy a median wage of approximately $23 and a mean average salary of $45,000.

8. Personal Assistants 

For the more hands-on and personable types, a career as a personal assistant may be just what you’re looking for. 

Personal assistants perform all the expected administrative tasks (replying to calls and emails, scheduling, etc.) but may also engage in more personal requests as well, such as shopping or picking out wardrobes. 

Pay varies widely, but expect to make anywhere from $20 to $35 per hour.
